TGRFC Christmas and Awards Dinner

As another year comes to a close, we’d like to invite you all to the 2023 TGRFC Christmas and Awards Dinner on December 9th, 2023 (Sat) from 18:30 to 21:00.

We welcome your families, friends and girl/boyfriends and of course alumni players!

So gather all and lets have a toast to 2023, and close the year with a bang!!

Date: Saturday Dec 9th Time: door open at 6pm, start at 6:30pm (2.5 hours)

Place: Tohoku Cafe & Dining Tregion port

Access: Subway/Metro Akasaka Station (1 min. by walk) on Tokyo metro Chiyoda line

Deal: Food (set menu of 7) + All-you-can-drink for 2 hours

Fee: Gents: 6,000 yen / Ladies: 5,000 yen / Kids: Over 12yo 2,500 yen Under 12yo Free
*Anyone who paid our membership fee gets 500yen discount on your own fee (not for entire family)

Dress code (mandatory): Smart Casual/ Formal, plus a Christmas accessory (Santa-Claus hat, Christmas tie, brooch or earring(s), or reindeer head-wear etc. can be found easily at your nearest 100-yen shop, or Don Quijote!)
*There will be a penalty for playing members (OBS included) not wearing Christmas accessory.

お待たせしました、恒例の東京外人RFCクリスマスパーティー＆表彰式のお知らせです！例年通り、家族・友人・パートナー、OB の方々も大歓迎ですので、お誘い合わせの上ぜひご参加ください。

スケジュール上難しい部分もあるとは思いますが、チームでのAGMと並ぶ大事なイベントですので、チームの団結の意味でも、是非参加をお願いします。 同時に各ジャンルの年間表彰も行いますので、全員が受賞の可能性があります。この一年を盛大に締めくくりましょう！

会費：男性 6,000円 / 女性 5,000円 / 中学生以上 2,500円 小学生以下 無料
*今年の年会費を支払い済みの場合は500円割引となります。（本人のみ）

ドレスコード：スマートカジュアル〜フォーマル ＋ クリスマスアイテム
（サンタ帽やクリスマスアクセスサリープローチ、はたまたトナカイのツノのなど）

注：クリスマスアイテムを付けてこなかったプレーヤーには罰ゲームが待っています。（OB含む）
