1st TGRFC Rugby Golf Open

The time has come!!!
We are proud to announce the first ever Tokyo Gaijin Rugby Golf Open will be on July 19th (Sunday). For those who are not familiar, it is basically golf with a Rugby Ball. There are a few rules but that will be explained closer to the event.
This event will be the signal the start of our summer break so come along!!

Itinerary will be as follows (roughly):
08:45 Meet at Shinjuku West Exit outside Shinjuku Center Building (https://goo.gl/maps/pRH8uvsY9rMHjrNZ9)
09:00 Bus Leaves
12:00 Arrive Golf Course
12:30 Rules and orientation
13:00∼ Start Golfing
14:30∼Finish Golfing
15:30 BBQ
19:00 Start heading back to Tokyo
22:00 Arrive back at Shinjuku

Space is limited so it will be on a first come first serve basis.

Fees:
Members: ¥12,000
Non-members: ¥13,000
kids: TBA

includes bus, golf, BBQ some booze

Please let us know with numbers (in e-mail, or comment on Facebook event) to the BBQ and golf to notify the golf club.
example: Nikola + 1.5(Nick + 1 wife + 1 kids)

7月19日、初めてとなる東京外人ラグビーゴルフオープンを開催したいと思います。（ラグビーボールでラウンドするゴルフです）ルールの詳細については後日また案内します。夏の中断期間の前の最後のイベントとなります。奮ってご参加ください！

14:30- ラウンド終了
15:30 ＢＢＱ開始
19:00 ゴルフ場出発

参加料：メンバー 12,000円
ノンメンバー　13,000円
子供　TBA
