2nd TGRFC Rugby Golf Open

Boom!!! The time has come again!
Tokyo Gaijin Rugby Golf Open is back on May 30th (Sunday).
For those who are not familiar, it is basically golf with a Rugby Ball. There are a few rules but that will be explained closer to the event.
After the huge success from last year’s inaugural event, we’re looking forward to holding this event again!
Itinerary is as below (roughly):
08:45 Meet at Shinjuku West Exit outside Shinjuku Center Building (https://goo.gl/maps/pRH8uvsY9rMHjrNZ9)
09:00 Bus Leaves
12:00 Arrive Golf Course
12:30 Rules and orientation
13:00∼ Start Golfing
14:30∼Finish Golfing
15:30 BBQ
19:00 Start heading back to Tokyo
22:00 Arrive back at Shinjuku
Space is limited so it will be on a first come first serve basis.
Deadline for numbers is May 19th 1200PM (Wed)
Fees:
Members: ¥12,000
Non-members: ¥13,500
kids: 6yo and older ¥4,000＋¥3,000play
younger than 6yo ¥2,000＋¥3,000play
*includes bus, golf, BBQ(nomihoudai), some booze for the bus
If you have not paid your fees (¥20,000), you are considered non-members.
*New enrolling members are required to pay their fees (¥10,000).
Discounts for team items and events only apply to those who have paid their fees.
Please let us know with numbers (by e-mail, or comment on Facebook event) to the BBQ and golf to notify the golf club.
example: Tommy + 1.5(+1 for adult/+.5 for kids)

東京外人ラグビーゴルフオープンが帰ってくる！！
5月30日に第二回東京外人ラグビーゴルフオープンを開催します。（ラグビーボールでラウンドするゴルフです）ルールの詳細については後日また案内します。
昨年初開催で大いに盛り上がりました。
今回も奮ってご参加ください！
当日の予定
8:45 新宿駅西口　新宿センタービル前集合

9:00 バス発車
12:00 ゴルフ場到着
13:00- ラウンド開始
14:30- ラウンド終了
15:30 ＢＢＱ開始
19:00 ゴルフ場出発
22:00 新宿駅到着
参加料：メンバー 12,000円
ノンメンバー　13,500円
子供　6歳以上 ¥4,000＋¥3,000play
5歳以下 ¥2,000＋¥3,000play
*プレー代、バス、バーベキュー、酒類が含まれます。
部費をまだ払っていないメンバーは部費（2万円）をなるべく早く納めるようお願いします。
5月以降に入部したメンバーは部費(1万円）
チームグッズやイベントでのメンバー割引は部費を払ったメンバーのみに適用しますので、宜しくお願いします。
ゴルフとバーベキューに参加するメンバーは人数をメールで返信するか、Facebookのコメントで教えてください。
例：　Tommy + 1.5 (本人 + 大人1名 + 子供1名)
5/19(水）までに参加表明をお願いします。
