Sugadaira 2021

Summer is upon us which means… BBQ, absurd amount of alcohol induced fun and Rugby@Sugadaira!!!
Just like last year, the local Union is not going to host the tournament so we are hosting ourselves.
Itinerary is as follows (not 100%yet):
Sunday Aug 8th
0800 Leave Shinjuku
~1200 Arrive @Sugadaira
1300-1700 Training & Friendly
1800~ BBQ & Beverage Consumption
Monday Aug 9th (Public Holiday)
0900 Hellish Training
1200 Lunch
1300Depart for Tokyo (Party Bus)
~1800 Arrive
Cost (roughly): ¥20,000
Bus, Hotel, BBQ, Breaky, some booze
We need to know numbers relatively soon for accommodation and the bus so please let us know by July 21st (Wed).
夏が近づいてきました。
恒例の菅平合宿を行います。
協会主催大会がないので去年同様我々で合宿を行うことにします。
おおよその予定は英語版の通りです。
8日に練習とトレーニング、9日は午前中練習を行い、帰路につきます。
ホテル予約とバス予約の関係がありますので、参加表明の回答を21日期限でお願いします。
