This Weekend: vs. USS George Washington (Yokosuka) @ Shibamata Grounds, Edogawa

The US Navy lads are coming all the way up from Yokosuka to play us in a “friendly”. Everyone will get a solid run, so come along.

It seems we finally got a referee organized and the long term weather outlook is good, so we will have barbecues and beer following the match. Barbecue and beeeeeeeer.

Time: Sunday morning, 10 AM at Shin-Shibamata station (where the hell is that? … CLICK HERE and to find out how to get there? CLICK HERE)

Kick off is likely to be 11:30 AM but if no teams have the ground after us (will be confirming this later in the week), we will be able to delay. More on that FRIDAY as I will confirm with the ground folks – it may mean we can arrive a little later.
