Christmas Party and Awards Dinner 2010

Thank you very much to all the people who attended the Tokyo Gaijin Christmas Party and Awards Dinner for 2010.  Also a big thank you to those that wanted to attend to show their support but were not able to do so for any manner of reasons.  Also big thank yous to our sponsors Oakwood, helpers, family and friends for making it possible for us to play week in and week out.

It was a good season with 17 matches played and 11 of those being victories.  It was a year in which 76 different players pulled on the Gaijin jersey from 19 different countries.  We had tournament victories in the Manila 10’s Bowl Competition and the Shuto League 10’s.  Along with this was a relatively successful year in the Tokyo Cup and this culminated in the promotion back to the 1st Grade for the competition next year.  The team also sits in equal first place in the Shuto League and can win the competition with a win in the first game of next year.

There were a number of prizes awarded on th enight and the list of prizes follows below:
